What size kettlebells should I use?
For male beginners, we recommend kettlebells ranging from 26 lbs (12 kg) to 53 lbs (24 kg), and for female beginners, the ideal weight falls within the range of 18 lbs (8 kg) to 35 lbs (16 kg). These recommendations are suitable for individuals aged 18 years or older with average body weight.
Are kettlebells safe if I have a back or shoulder injury?
Before commencing any training program, it is recommended that you obtain medical clearance. Kettlebells have been utilized for years as both a strength and rehabilitation tool. They are the stealth weapon against weakness!
