Bell Power is a modern take on an ancient European training method, dating back to simpler times when training didn't require a ton of equipment, and the ego was left at the door. Emphasizing high quality movement and not taking oneself too seriously, Bell Power blends exercise science and behavioral psychology principles to provide legitimate strength and conditioning at home. In addition to, predictable strength gains, kettlebell training has been shown to markedly increase aerobic capacity, improve dynamic balance, mobility and dramatically increase core strength.

This program combines strength and conditioning protocols through various movement patterns, delivering results in 5 balanced days per week. In short, Bell Power is the most effective path to building a more resilient you!

Scalable Programing
Bell Power is designed for someone with basic command and proficiency in the foundational kettlebell movements (Swing, Clean, Snatch, Deadlift, Squat & Turkish Get Up) both single and double kettlebells. Don't worry if you are new to bells our included videos cover the key elements of each movement. Our program is scaled via weight, load distribution (Bottoms Up, Odd Loaded etc) and repetitions.

What size kettlebells should I use?
For male beginners, we recommend kettlebells ranging from 26 lbs (12 kg) to 53 lbs (24 kg), and for female beginners, the ideal weight falls within the range of 18 lbs (8 kg) to 35 lbs (16 kg). These recommendations are suitable for individuals aged 18 years or older with average body weight.
Are kettlebells safe if I have a back or shoulder injury?
Before commencing any training program, it is recommended that you obtain medical clearance. Kettlebells have been utilized for years as both a strength and rehabilitation tool. They are the stealth weapon against weakness!
