Can I do this program anywhere? With the basics?
Yes, As long as you have a basic setup (barbell, plates, dumbbells, squat rack, pull-up bar) you can do the majority of this program. There's plenty of options and substitutes provided to be able to get a great workout.
How Quick Can I Expect Results?
Most people see results within the first month when participating 3-4 days per week. These workouts are jammed packed with exercises that produce results quickly as long as you do the work prescribed.
