Bio: My name is Alexander D. Baird and I am a 27 year old CEO and Head Trainer of BBB PT LLC and Dr. of Occupational Therapy. I am married to my beautiful wife Callie and have a son named: Rowan in addition to 2 dogs named: Evie & Indie. We currently own a house in Kansas City, KS and I run a full time personal training onsite / online business in the Kansas City metro for the last 3.5 years. I am a 2016 graduate of Baker University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science. During college I had the privilege of competing as a student athlete, participating in both Football and Track & Field as a defensive back, sprinter and jumper - so I TOTALLY understand what it takes to push yourself in uncomfortable situations. I am a certified exercise physiologist through the American College of Sports Medicine (cert # 1045928) and have a Doctor of Occupational Therapy from the University of Indianapolis.

Who is this training for?
Individuals who are looking for structure in their weight training with a muscle specific approach! All levels of experience are welcome!
How many workouts will be scheduled per week
5-6 (depending on the split)
Will the workouts be different every week?
I like to work in 4 week blocks - so you can actually PROGRESS! So each week I will release specific movements, reps, sets, variations.. etc - it is likely we will progress on the same moves in different fashions within a 4 week rotation. In the next 4 weeks - movements will change.
How long are the workouts programmed for?
45-60 minutes
What if I miss a day?
The workouts will be available for the entire week
