Barrel Aged

Powerlifting, Strongman, Strength & Conditioning
Coach

Good things take time, and so does getting genuinely strong. Barrel Aged is heavy lifting, real progression, and zero patience for wasted reps.

Training runs in 6-8 week blocks, built around one simple obsession: moving more weight than you did last time. No gimmicks, no fluff, just the boring stuff that actually works.

Bring your patience. Leave your ego at the door.

FAQs
Who is this program for?
If strength is your primary goal, this is the program for you. This team is all about getting as strong as possible and bumping up those maxes!
I don't drink, is that required?
Not at all. A number of members don't drink alcohol. The idea is to not feel guilty enjoying the things you like while working on your fitness. For some that's happy hour with coworkers, or wine on a date night. For others, it's ice cream or a cupcake.
What if I don't have any equipment? Or I can't do a specific lift?
There is a solution that we can find! Usually substitution suggestions are added into the workouts, but also you can check out https://squatsandhops.com/exercise-substitutions/ for updated suggestions.
What if I miss a day? When can I start?
If you miss a day, or have a unique workout schedule you can reschedule any session on your calendar. You can start at anytime! Workouts are posted in 6 week blocks, but you can jump in at anytime!
Are there any other terms and conditions?
Yes. A waiver and release of liability is required before starting the program. You can find the full waiver and terms here: https://squatsandhops.com/disclaimer-and-release-of-liability/
