If you're serious about your sport, it's time to get serious about your training. Game Day, Every Day is built for athletes who want to dominate on the field, court, or wherever they compete. This program takes the same proven methods I used as a strength coach with competitive athletes and puts them in your hands.

We're talking explosive power, functional strength, speed, and agility, all tailored to help you perform at your peak when it matters most. Whether you're looking to outpace, outjump, or outlast the competition, this program is built to give you the edge.

No wasted reps, no unnecessary fluff, just real, effective training that gets results. Because when it's Game Day, Every Day, you need to show up like the champion you are.

11 years as a strength and conditioning coach, personal trainer, and sports nutritionist Master's in Exercise Physiology NSCA - CSCS*D USAW Olympic Lifting Coach I've been lucky enough to work with and train a wide variety of people and athletes. From division 1 athletes and future NBA players, to a mom of 3 who was looking to get her figure back, and just about everyone in between.

FAQs
Who is this program for?
Anyone who competes in a sport and wants their training to actually carry over to it. No experience required, just a willingness to put in the work.
What if I don't have any equipment? Or I can't do a specific lift?
There's some minimum required equipment for this program, so check the listing to confirm you've got what you need. Beyond that, most exercises can be substituted. Send me a message, or check out https://squatsandhops.com/exercise-substitutions/ for suggestions.
Can I do this on my own time?
Yes. Whatever time of day works best for you, that's when you train.
When can I start?
Whenever you want. Once you've got it, add it to your calendar and start on your own schedule.
Are there any other terms and conditions?
Yes. A waiver and release of liability is required before starting the program. You can find the full waiver and terms here: https://squatsandhops.com/disclaimer-and-release-of-liability/
I don't drink, is that required?
Not at all. A number of members don't drink alcohol. The idea is to not feel guilty enjoying the things you like while working on your fitness. For some that's happy hour with coworkers, or wine on a date night. For others, it's ice cream or a cupcake.
