What types of sports suit the program?
Any type of sports that are played with a ball. eg. Rugby, Soccer/Football, Basketball etc
Do I have to have experience in a gym?
No! But it does help. There will be videos with each exercise on how to correctly complete the exercise and you can also message me personally through the app and ask for tips
Does it matter what age I start?
Ideally you would want to be 13 years old+ to start using this program
Do I have to play sport at a high level to start this program?
No! All athletes at any level can use this program to help develop their athleticism
