Alpha Figures is all about building as much muscle as you want, in the fastest and most efficient way possible, whilst using all the tools that we have at our disposal.

We will focus on carefully selected exercises that truly target the specific tissue we are looking to grow, whilst selectively using tempo and control to execute our movements.

This means understanding what it means to truly train hard so we can get the most out of training and stimulate real and meaningful muscle growth.

This program can truly be for everyone, but not anyone who doesn't want to train hard enough to achieve their dream body with the right direction from myself.

I want you to fully throw yourself into all the styles of training I have to offer here. Immerse yourself into working through compound and isolation movements with great execution, expect to train harder than you ever have before, so you can truly live better.

Is Remy really coaching us?
Absolutely. I decided to do this because of the access you will have to me through the app and also when you see me in the gym, I will always be on hand to help.
What equipment do I need?
I created this for the members of the GymGroup Vauxhall especially. So having access to the gym is all you need
How do I access the training?
I've partnered with TrainHeroic to deliver your training. You'll create an account and your training will be delivered via an app (both iOS and Android) each day. There are video instructions around each movement and I'll always list out detailed instruction too.
What is the price?
£28 billed every month. Less than £1 a day.
When should I start?
Ideally, you're joining us in the beginning of a new cycle. Cycles will start every 6-8 weeks. At £25/month, I'd recommend that you jump in today so you can be part of the community even a couple of weeks before we start a new cycle together.
