Step 1: Follow the Base Track (Strength & Power) This is your primary engine. Every week features fresh, physics-informed programming focused on explosive plyometrics, rate of force development (RFD), and fundamental strength. We include minimal, non-fatiguing energy system work here just to maintain your baseline capacity without draining your tank for fight training. Everything is designed with the demand of Muay Thai in mind

Step 2: Stack Your Joint Armor Attack your specific weak points. Access isolated, DPT-designed accessory tracks targeting high-wear areas like neck resilience, hip mobility, and foot/ankle capacity. You can overlay these prehab circuits seamlessly onto your calendar to bulletproof your body against chronic wear and tear.

FAQs
Where the hell do I start?
You start on the Base Track. That is your main engine—3 days a week of explosive plyometrics, rate of force development (RFD), and foundational strength. If you do nothing else, hit those 3 days.
How do I stack the "Joint Armor" tracks?
You have access to specialized tracks for neck resilience, and foot/ankle capacity (more coming). Only stack 1 track at a time. Pick your highest priority weak point, and focus on it. The worst you can do is to stack multiple tracks and spin your wheels without going anywhere.
Do I have to switch the base program every 4 weeks?
NOPE! The program will update every 4 weeks, and you are encouraged to just follow along. BUT if you find a program that really works for you, feel free to stay on that program for much longer! The retired program will be posted inside the bundle, so you can put it on your calendar.
Can I join if I don't want to fight?
Absolutely, you don't need to be a fighter to enjoy the benefits of a strong and capable body. Imagine that you can go through an intense class of pads without "paying for it the next day". The stronger and more resilient you are, the more you can enjoy your training and get the most out of it.
Do I have to do S&C to be a successful fighter?
Nope. There are a tons of fighters who succeeded without ever having to touch weights. However, physical development is very much necessary. If you know that is a weak suit of yours, why not work on it via very intentional S&C? While S&C is not NEEDED, it will MOST CERTAINLY benefits your Muay Thai.
