How many times a week is the workout?
5 times a week. This program is 28 weeks long
How long until I see results?
Results can be differ depending on different factors that individual may have including age, gender, genetics, work ethic, and etc but we believe that you can increase your athleticism to the next level in as little as just a few weeks. 
Do I need access to a gym?
Yes. This program requires a weight room
I am new to working out but can I still do this program?
Yes, you can. The program gives you video demonstration and explanation for each exercises and we gradually increase the intensity of the workout.
Who can benefit from doing this program?
Anyone can benefit from doing this program. Completing the program gives you improvements in overall health and if you play any sports, you will improve your sport performance
