Falls & Injuries: With age, bones become more brittle, and balance deteriorates, increasing the risk of falls. A fall can lead to fractures, prolonged recovery times, and a loss of independence. Lifting weights helps strengthen bones, improve balance and prevents injuries.

As you age and become weaker arthritis, joint problems, and reduced flexibility can make it harder for you to stay active. This is when daily aches and pains set in. Continued untreated this will lead to a decline in strength, balance, and coordination.
