As the head of education at Thesis gym, the DC areas premier luxury personal training facility, I've spent the majority of my career training clients on the floor and teaching the next generation of coaches. I'm excited to offer online group programming and make my services available to everyone. You will get to utilize the same methods that I teach and use with my own one on one clients.
