2x2 Women

2x2 Movement

Coaches
Nick Gilmore and Josh Raies

Too many people are drifting. Spiritually passive. Mentally distracted. Physically inconsistent. The result? Wasted potential– being less than God made them to be. Shallow relationships– unable to form and maintain meaningful bonds and friendships. Lack of clarity on what really matters– aimless in their energy and efforts.

2x2 was built to fight that drift. It’s a daily compass — not a crutch — giving you just enough direction to take action. Each day you get three focused prompts (Mind, Body, Soul) that push you toward strength, discipline, and purpose.

Over time, the small steps add up. You’ll train your body with intention, sharpen your thinking, and anchor your soul in God’s Word. Not through hype or endless scrolling — but through consistent, practical action.

The world doesn’t need more passivity. It needs builders. Cultivators. Disciple-makers. That’s why 2x2 exists.

2x2 Women is the offshoot of the original 2x2 designed for men. This program comes with all the same 2x2 mind and soul prompts that help you grow daily with intentionality but the body programming is designed with women in mind, taking into consideration the unique distinctions between men and women.

This program will help you fight drift and live with intention, body, mind, and soul.

FAQs
What is 2x2?
2x2 is a daily framework for holistic growth—training body, mind, and soul in community.
How is 2x2 different from other workout programs or devotionals?
Unlike most programs, 2x2 never ends, integrates all three areas of growth, and doesn’t require perfection to see results.
What does “training the mind, body, and soul” actually mean?
It means following an intentional, balanced, progressive plan that develops strength, intellect, and spiritual depth together.
Who is 2x2 for? (age, fitness level, faith background)
2x2 Women is for women—especially ages 18–35—who want to grow in fitness, faith, and knowledge, at any experience level.
Is this program beginner-friendly?
Absolutely—2x2 is designed to be a great starting place.
Do I need to be in shape already to start?
No—workouts can be autoregulated for beginners or advanced athletes.
Do I need to be a Christian to benefit from 2x2?
No—while the soul content is rooted in Scripture, anyone seeking growth will benefit.
Can I join at any time?
Yes—there’s no start or end date, and everything can be scaled to your current level.
How much time does each day’s content take?
Expect 30–60 minutes for workouts and 15–45 minutes for mind and soul prompts.
Can I do the workouts at home, or do I need a gym?
Both are possible—workouts can be modified for a basic home setup or done in a gym
