1) Focus on Strength - Prehab - Mobility
2) 3 Training sessions every single week - 2 lifts & 1 Explosive Day
3) Weekend prep day on Thursday's Friday's to get your mind & body ready for the weekend
4) Simple post game body weight movements to get you back and feeling good for your game (s) the next day !
