Who is the blueprint for?
It's for individuals of any level who want a clear, structured path to building muscle while losing fat. The blueprint will tell you exactly how to do it, you follow the path.
Do I need a gym membership?
Yes, you will want access to basic machines and free weights in the gym.
Do I need to do a lot of cardio?
You will receive a daily step protocol. No excessive cardio is required. The program emphasizes daily movement (steps), keeping fat loss sustainable without burning you out.
What do I need to calculate macros?
If you want to calculate your food intake along side this program - you will need a food scale and access to an app like Myfitnesspal. Everything you need to know about macros will be given to you so the option is there if you want it
