I want to improve my existing TTB: will this program help?
This program is aimed at athletes aiming to learn their first toes to bar. If you have a toes-to-vicinity but you're not touching the bar, or if you sometimes touch but not always, this program will help. It is not for athletes with good, consistent toes to bar wanting to string more.
Will the program stay in my TrainHeroic or disappear after 8 weeks?
It will remain with you, you'll just have to scroll back to the dates you put it in for.
