This couch to 5k program is designed for people who have no running experience or are looking to start a running journey. This program utilizes 3 runs per week minimum with at least 1 rest day in between. You will progress from walk/jog intervals to base runs to small speed sessions! Get ready for your first 5k with Coach Chris and Elite1!
