Focusing in on the principle of Rate of Force Development, Aesthetic Athlete works to bridge the gap between performance and aesthetics. Who said you needed to choose one or the other? Have the best of both worlds! Look good and perform better! Aesthetic Athlete is 8 weeks long and is ideal for the high school athlete or the "retired" athlete looking to keep their edge on the court and look good while doing it.

Increase Lean Muscle Mass
There are very few drawbacks to gaining lean muscle mass. From increased ability to produce force to the ability to draw heads when walking into a room, muscle mass is the way to go.

You don't want to be that athlete who is all show and no go. Aesthetic Athlete works to train the muscle you build to be explosive by moving heavy weights fast while working in conjunction with your tendons through plyometric training.

Who is Aesthetic Athlete for?
Aesthetic Athlete is for the high schooler who is looking to take his or her game to the next level or the "retired" athlete who is looking to keep their game sharp.
Does Aesthetic Athlete have Olympic Lifts?
No.
Will Aesthetic Athlete help my 1RM go up?
While Aesthetic Athlete is not a true strength or powerlifting program, due to it's focus on rate of force development, you may see an increase in your 1RM.
How much experience do I need before I try Aesthetic Athlete?
Aesthetic Athlete is for the intermediate to advanced athlete. It is not recommended that beginners try this program.
What is I can't fit all four workouts into my week?
If you can't make four workouts in a week, don't let that hold you back from trying out Aesthetic Athlete. Rather rotate through the workouts when you can, making sure to alternate between Lower and Upper Body days, hitting at least one of each, each week.
