Hello fellow strength athletes this program is designed for people getting into strength sports. I am wanting to help beginners learn how to build a foundation to their strength. I have experience in strongman and powerlifting. I have been competing in strongman and powerlifting since 2021. In that time I have taken my strength to almost nothing to something to be proud of and be competitive. My deadlift went from 400 to 635lbs, squat -400 to 600lbs and bench from -200 to probably 400+! My overhead strength has gone up a lot as well -200 to over 300! If you are looking to start your strength journey and have help along the way then this program is for you!
