This is the first installment of a 8 week foundational strength & conditioning program for high school basketball athletes. The program is set up to introduce athletes into base level strength training to prepare them to have a solid foundation of strength development. With this program athletes will develop bilateral and unilateral strength in both the upper and lower body. They will also develop core strength through isometric and concentric core work.
