Get stronger & Look like it. The Bodybuilding Wave is a 12-week hypertrophy program built to push you hard, week after week — with a structure that actually lets you keep pushing that hard for the full 12 weeks.

Instead of one flat intensity from week 1 to week 12, this program builds in waves. You'll hit genuine peak weeks — training right at true failure — followed by a short reset before the next build. The result: you feel every peak week, but you're not dragging yourself through dead reps by week 10 because your body never got a chance to catch up.

What's inside:
• 6 training days: Upper, Lower, Arms & Accessories, plus a dedicated recovery day
• Real volume, smartly distributed — priority muscle groups get more direct work, supporting movements stay efficient
• RIR-based effort targets that shift week to week, building toward true failure at every peak
• Drop sets, lengthened partials, and other intensity techniques layered in once you're primed for them
• A full exercise refresh at the halfway point to keep the stimulus new for the second half

Built for lifters who want to train hard and still have something left to give at week 12.

Built to push You hard
No flat, boring weeks. This program builds in waves — real peak weeks at true failure, followed by a short reset. You get the hard weeks, but you don't burn out before it's over.

Real Volume, Smart Placement
Priority muscle groups get extra direct work. Supporting movements stay lean. Nothing wasted, nothing missing — every set has a reason to be there.

RIR-Based Effort Targets
Know exactly how hard to push, every single week. Effort targets shift with the wave, building toward true failure at each peak so progress is never left to guesswork.

A Fresh Stimulus at Week 8
Halfway through, key exercises get swapped for new variations. Same muscles, new angle so your body keeps adapting instead of plateauing.
