Fit Dad Foundations is a 4 week program designed to teach you the basic foundational movement patterns required to live an optimal life both inside & outside of the gym.

Each day you will learn how to perform a squat, deadlift or press variation. Then you will perform a carefully designed strength workout to apply the newly learned skill.

By the end of the 4 weeks you will have the knowledge & basic skills to begin a structured strength program.

This is perfect for anyone looking to begin their fitness journey!
