Welcome to Armour Building!

The wear and tear of combat sports, along with the daily grind of life, can leave you feeling beat up.

This 4-week program aims to improve the health, strength, and resilience of key sites on the body that are exposed to a higher risk of injury in combat sports and everyday life, such as the elbows, shoulders, knees, hips, spine, and neck.

I have been working on this program for months now, and is a direct result of the issues I see working in the field of combat sports performance.

Armour building is suitable for grapplers, strikers, and anyone who wants to address common areas of the body that are neglected in most training programs.

The program is delivered to your phone via train heroic and runs for 4 for weeks, consisting of 3 armour building sessions within the week that take roughly 15-20 min to get through.

Video demonstrations and a detailed description of why and how to execute the exercises effectively.

You will have access to the armour building for a total of one year and can repeat the program as many times as you wish.

Our program is your training ground to build durability and resilience.

Minimise The Risk Of Injury
The wear and tear of combat sports, and everyday life can place a heavy toll on key sites of the body that are often neglected in most training programs. Paying attention to the lower hanging fruit will minimise the risk of niggles and injuries.

Fill In The Gaps
Consider Armour Building your go-to program for enhancing the resilience, strength, and resilience of smaller groups often overlooked. Expect to develop a stronger grip, thicker neck, healthier knees, and a body that moves more effectively for both everyday life and sports.

Flexible Training Plan
Now, you might be asking, "How do I get started with this?" Well, even if you've got zero going on in terms of physical prep outside your sport, you can jump into this program on its own or slot it into your current training mix. It's a four-week adventure with three sessions a week that won't take up more than 15-20 minutes of your time.
