A well-structured and thought through training plan made to combine with the S&C program "Rhino". Use this phase to prepare yourself for the following PEAK Athletic Programs Phase 2 to 4 (Mid-Range, Top-Speed, Inseason) (coming soon).

This program contains 2 sessions per week for 4 consecutive weeks, programmed to cycle as long as you like/need.
