Range of Motion
A cornerstone of our programming is to maintain or improve joint integrity and Range of Motion. We will always load through various positions and slowly work towards new range with both motion and control of that motion in order to retain it past the training session.

Strength
The other staple in any sound program is improving Strength. This does not mean we want anyone training or looking like a bodybuilder, but we do want to improve our strength in order to apply more force to the golf club AND tolerate the forces imposed on us by swing clubs, hitting the ground/mat, and doing so repeatedly. Strength is our friend to combat overuse.
