Olympic Forge is an intensive 8-week weightlifting program designed to transform your snatch, clean & jerk, and overall explosive power. Built for lifters who want to move with speed, precision, and raw strength, this program takes you deep into the art and science of Olympic weightlifting while forging a bulletproof body through classic compounds and gritty odd-object work.

What You'll Build: Over eight progressive weeks, you’ll sharpen technical skill, build blazing bar speed, and develop the leg drive, pulling power, and overhead stability needed to hit bigger numbers with confidence. Each session centers on the classic Olympic lifts — snatch variations, clean variations, and jerks — paired with targeted strength work like front/back squats, pulls, and presses. To round it out and build unbreakable resilience, you’ll tackle strongman-inspired “grunt work”: sled pushes, farmer’s carries, sandbag carries, and other odd-object challenges that translate directly to better positioning and mental toughness under the bar.
