Our 9-week Triathlon training program is designed for individuals who have a good base level of conditioning and are looking to take their fitness to the next level by competing in an Olympic Distance Triathlon. Our program consists of 6 sessions per week, including running, swimming, cycling, and brick sessions. We have drawn on our own experiences of training for our first triathlon to create a program that is challenging, but also achievable for athletes at all levels.
