The program is designed by Exercise Physiologists and Physiotherapy team that have extensive backgrounds in high level sports and high level sports development. The program is designed for athletes of any sport to be able to pick it up, start straight away and see gains in their strength, endurance, speed and improvement in their competition. We use a well rounded approach to designing the program so that it can be easily used by either novice athletes first starting their journey or by advanced athletes who have been training and competing for years and are looking for a new edge on the competition.

Full testing cycle
Within the program, you have 3 separate testing days. Once at the start, once in the middle and once at the end of the program to help message your growth over the 15 weeks.
