This six-week program is designed for court and field sport athletes in their off-season with intermediate strength training experience (you're not brand new to lifting, but you haven't spent all your days in the gym either). With two strength workouts and one speed/conditioning session per week, your health and performance will reap the rewards of a tried-and-tested training plan - and your own hard work!

What are court and field sports?
Any sport played on a court or a field, primarily soccer/football, basketball, volleyball, handball, American football, tennis, field hockey, and more.
I'm brand new to weight training. Is this for me?
This program is geared toward athletes with some level of experience with weight training. If you are searching for your first program, this is not it - but check back again soon!
