Address Weaknesses
Swimmers are faced with a unique set of demands and challenges as overhead athletes. Imbalances tend to develop and this program will address all the potential weaknesses they face. Not only will the program work to eliminate pain and improve joint health, but it will build your strength to prevent further injuries.

FAQs
Who is this training for?
This training is for swimmers ages 13+. Middle school, high school, collegiate, and masters athletes looking to improve performance and strength in and out of the pool.
How many days per week?
I program 3 days of full body training per week with 2 optional mobility sessions. 2-3 days is the ideal amount of training, but with 6-9 swim workouts a week it can be hard to find the time. Recovery is important and often overlooked, so 2 days of strength a week would also work.
