Address Weaknesses
Swimmers are faced with a unique set of demands and challenges as overhead athletes. Imbalances tend to develop and this program will address all the potential weaknesses they face. Not only will the program work to eliminate pain and improve joint health, but it will build your strength to prevent further injuries.

Build Strength
This program is focused on progressively building strength and helping athletes improve performance over 12 weeks. Put in the consistent work and feel stronger in and out of the pool!
benefit-image-2
Improve Mobility
This program will use target exercises to improve shoulder, thoracic spine, hip, and ankle mobility. This will help swimmers to move more efficiently, maintain proper technique, and reduce unnecessary strain during training.
benefit-image-3
Increase Power
Develop greater power by improving explosiveness and force production through increased strength. This will lead to being more explosive off the blocks, faster turns and more power with every stroke.

FAQs
How many days per week?
I program 3 days of full body training per week with 2 optional mobility sessions. 2-3 days is the ideal amount of training, but with 6-9 swim workouts a week it can be hard to find the time. Recovery is important and often overlooked, so 2 days of strength a week would also work.
Who is training for?
This training is for swimmers ages 13+. Middle school, high school, collegiate, and masters athletes looking to improve performance and strength in and out of the pool.
