APEX is a maximal strength training program. This program uses unique, but simple, powerlifting and olympic lifting training progressions to massively enhance strength in a short amount of time. Our coaches have used this program personally to break PR's that havebeen stuck for years. There is no better weightlifting program available.

Break PRs in: Back Squat, Deadlift, Clean, Bench Press, Snatch, Jerk, Front Squat
