We have heard your wishes and made a home workout program in the spirit of Asura Engine.

Asura Primal is an Equipment free 3 week repeatable cycle. That focuses on building functional mobility, strength, body control and awareness with some hardcore work capacity added on top!

Asura Primal is scaleable for everybody, but also able to challenge the most hardcore athletes.

With the Asura Primal program you will be able to measure your progress from cycle to cycle!
