This 16 week program had been in development for about a year from the moment I had the idea of creating a new all inclusive program that can help people get bigger, faster and stronger. Previously, I offered 2 versions of the UNIT program in 2 separate phases. Phase 1 was a 12 week program primarily focused on developing max strength abilities. Phase 2 was an 8 week program mainly focused on developing power/explosive abilities. UNIT 2.0 was created as an all in one program that replaces the need to previously purchase 2 programs.
This 16 week program is designed to simultaneously develop strength and power throughout the entire program. I have tested this program out, as well as over 100 others who have all seen great increases in maximum strength, maximum power, sprint speed and jumping ability. UNIT 2.0 can very well be the last program you ever need to become the ultimate version of yourself.
My training philosophy has always incorporated Sprinting, Jumping, Max Strength and Power Development to help build myself and my clients in to their most athletic self. UNIT 2.0 follows all of my training philosophies with one exception...Olympic Lifts. I have previously created programs that have heavily involved the olympic lifts and have come to the realization that not everyone is either experienced or comfortable doing the olympic lifts. So, for the first time, UNIT 2.0 has a minimal amount of olympic lifting in the program but also offers alternatives for those who need a separate option from the olympic lifts.
