If you want to get stronger and level up your riding BUT don't want to spend a lot of days in the gym this program is for you! In 2 days per week you will train mobility, balance, strength and power to help you feel unstoppable on the mountain next season.
This is a 15 week program that is broken into 3 blocks that are 5 weeks long. The program is progressively based meaning you will build upon movements week to week as well as block to block.
