2 Day Snowboard Off-Season Program

If you want to get stronger and level up your riding BUT don't want to spend a lot of days in the gym this program is for you! In 2 days per week you will train mobility, balance, strength and power to help you feel unstoppable on the mountain next season.

This is a 15 week program that is broken into 3 blocks that are 5 weeks long. The program is progressively based meaning you will build upon movements week to week as well as block to block.

Progressive Overload
This program is designed with progression in mind. With small challenges to the movements each week with more weight or reps you build strong, resilient muscles and joints.

Each movement in this program comes with a demo video I created in my gym. Providing you with tips, cues and visuals to feel comfortable with the movement.
