BJJ Beast Mode is a 4-day hybrid block that trains strength, power, size and conditioning at once. It's the most demanding program in the BJJ Strong lineup — built for experienced lifters with the recovery to back it.

Every session is grappling-specific and autoregulated by RPE, so the load flexes with your mat week. 12 weeks, delivered through TrainHeroic with a demo video filmed by Kieren Lefevre on every lift.

WHO IS BJJ BEAST MODE FOR?
Experienced, intermediate-to-advanced lifters who train jiu-jitsu and have the recovery to handle a demanding hybrid block — competitors and hard trainers especially. If you're newer to lifting, start with Strength Foundation, Strong or Dominate.
HOW MANY DAYS PER WEEK IS IT?
Four days per week (with an optional 5th day), around 60 minutes a session, across a 12-week block. Each day pairs strength and power work, with an optional Zone 2 conditioning piece.
CAN I RUN THIS WHILE TRAINING JIU-JITSU, GRAPPLING, WRESLTING OR MMA?
Yes — it's built to. Loads are autoregulated by RPE, so the program flexes with your mat week and leaves room for classes, sparring and recovery.
WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?
Standard gym kit — barbell, plates, a rack, a bench, dumbbells, a kettlebell and bands. A plyo box, medicine ball and pull-up bar help but aren't essential. Most movements have substitutions.
IS IT BEGINNER FRIENDLY?
No — Beast Mode is the most demanding program we offer. If you're newer to lifting, start with Strength Foundation, Strong or Dominate and progress up from there.
