Designed by Dr. Evan Price & Elite Strength Coach Chris Lee. Both Evan and Chris work with athletes and constantly deal with achilles tendon issues. After working with athlete after athlete, we realized how many people needed help with this issue! We decided to take our collective knowledge and experience and share it with everyone! We started out with the Strong Achilles Webinar and from there we created this 8 week program.

This 8 week journey will take you through key movements and exercises that will force your body and achilles to adapt to 3 primary load types: isometric, eccentric and plyometric. The program will target the tendon adaptation but also incorporate your general strength training! By the end of the program, not only will you have bulletproofed your achilles, but also increased your "POP" that powerful spring your body needs to perform!

FAQs
Who is this training for?
Anyone who has dealt with Achilles injury before OR wants to prevent that from happening! You should be currently healthy and not in a chronic or acute phase of tendinopathy or other injury.
Can I still workout while doing this program?
Yes! You can definitely still workout! I would recommend decreasing the intensity and volume of your total training load during this block though. OFFSEASON IS THE BEST OPTION. You should try to schedule your workouts the same day as our sessions.
Do I have to do all of the sessions?
NO! If you are working with a strength coach or physical therapist just skip the mid week workout. Just do the 1st session of the week and the last session of the week!
What can I expect in a typical workout?
Each workout has the following components: mobility / strength / balance / isometric or eccentric load / plyometric progression. You may be a bit sore the day after one of these sessions! THATS OK! JUST KEEP IN MIND TO TAKE IT EASIER THE NEXT DAY OR TWO!
