Who is this training for?
EVERYONE! IF you are a beginner runner just looking for some guidance to start this is for you! IF you are an experienced runner who is looking for some direction in the strength & nutrition department this is for you! IF you just want to improve yourself as an athlete, this is for you!
What if I miss a day?
We know people are busy! If you miss a session, NO BIG DEAL! We have 12 weeks for a reason! As long as we are hitting 75% of the program YOU ARE GOOD!
Why is this program different from others?
We prioritize movement patterns first! Getting stronger and faster should NOT mean getting injured. We have carefully crafted the workouts and nutrition to prevent you from getting injured while maximizing your training!
How much communication will I get?

Do I have to follow the running plan?
IF you already have a running program or regimen you follow that is OK! Just sub in your runs for ours! The runs we have programmed are a great starting point though and can be challenging for anyone!
What happens at the end of the 12 weeks?
