This is a 4 week, 3 days a week program of jump and sprint training. If you are looking to get to the next level in strongman and you have not jumped or sprinted in years then this is a great way to build your speed and power. If you have incorperated some explosive training but not much then this is also a great way to get hat attribute to the next level.
