In this program you will perform various medicine ball exercises that are designed to help you learn how to vault over the lead leg, feel better hip shoulder separation, and learn how to stay on the back leg longer to create a better hinge pattern. All movements are created from years of watching pitchers leak energy do to poor movement quality. You can perform the exercise with a radar gun to help track progress as well.
