Full Body "Flush" Circuit

Full Body "Flush" Circuit: The goal of this circuit is to promote blood flow, restore movement, and help the body recovery after a hard week of training. Perform each exercise back-to-back as one continuous complex, using light, comfortable load and emphasizing smooth movement through a full range of motion. By alternating between lower- and upper-body movements, we can keep blood circulating throughout the entire body without creating excessive fatigue. Sequence: Clean / Hi Pull x 6-8 reps Squat x 6-8 reps OH Press x 6-8 reps RDL / Swing x 6-8 reps Bent Row x 6-8 reps Perform x 3-4 rounds. Rest 1-2 minutes between rounds. Use whatever implement you have available or prefer - barbell, dumbells, kettlebells, slam ball, or another appropriate option. Keep it light. Keep it moving. Use full range of motion. The objective is to finish the circuit feeling better than when you started!

"Tempo" Cardio Conditioning: Aim for x 10-15 minutes of total work First thing, choose your exercise, or combination of exercises. Exercises: *Ski Erg *Assault Bike *Battle Rope *Weighted Jump Rope *Band Resisted Sanddune Tempo Runs *Sled Push (Tempo) *KB Swings *Slam Ball Cleans Over the Shoulder Second, Choose Your Conditioning Protocol. Protocols: * 20s ON / 40s OFF x 10-15 rounds * Reverse Tabata = 10s ON / 20s OFF x 8 rounds = 4 min (perform x 2-3 rounds) * Tabata = 20s ON / 10s OFF x 8 rounds = 4 min (perform x 2-3 rounds) * 5 Min Conditioning Ladder = 15s ON / 45s OFF, 30s ON / 30s OFF, 45s ON / 15s OFF, 30s ON / 30s OFF, 15s ON / 45s OFF = 5 min (perform x 2-3 rounds)
