The Volleyball Kickstarter program includes 12 weeks of strength training, speed & agility work, and a wide variety of plyometrics all progressed in an intelligent way to ensure you are covering every aspect you need to build a rock solid foundation of training. With all the information available online, it can get very confusing on what exercises to do and how to put together a good program.

That is why I created this program.

With so many voices shouting different theories and arguing which exercises are "the best", I wanted to provide a template that simplifies all the confusion into simple, core principals that is easy to follow and delivers real results.

This 12 week program is the exact template that I have used with hundreds of youth volleyball players in the real world that has delivered real results. We have seen 3-5 inch improvements in approach jumping, several MPH increases in sprinting velocity, and rapid increases in strength & overall body awareness in less than 12 weeks on this program.

LEARN TO DO PLYOMETRICS THE RIGHT WAY
Just because your plyometric program involves a bunch of jumping drills does NOT mean it will be effective. Plyometric training is about meticulously managing contact times, intensity, and prescribing the right exercises for the right individual. FAQs
Who is this program for?
This program is designed for anyone who is relatively new to training and has little experience with strength training, speed, and plyometric work.
Can you get this program if you have experience with training?
YES! It is very common for many people to have had past experiences training but never be taught the foundational principles of what makes it effective. We have had many athletes with past experience training with other trainers start on the foundation program and see great results on it!
How long are the workouts?
Workouts are 3 days per week and usually take 45-60 minutes to complete.
Can I do this program during School or Club Season?
Absolutely! If you are experienced with volleyball you know it is never ending and is year round with minimal breaks. The program is created to be done at any time of year. It is challenging enough to see progress, but not too taxing to sabotage practice or games. Do it at any time of year!
