Can I do this program alongside my boxing training?
Yes. Power Punch has been designed to compliment your boxing training, not take away from it.
What if I have a question?
Train Heroic has a built in chat function which allows you to directly message me with any questions you may have related to the program.
Is this program individualised to me?
Power Punch is designed specifically to enhance punching power in boxers. However, it does not take into account each individual members training and injury status or whether they are in or out of camp. If you would like individualised coaching to your specific needs, I also offer 1:1 coaching.
How is my progress tracked?
The program includes specific power testing testing at the beginning of week 1 and end of week 4 to track your power development.
I noticed you offer a guarantee if I don't improve. How do I qualify?
To qualify for the guarantee you need to fulfil the following. Complete both compulsory tests at week 1 & 4. Film yourself completing both compulsory tests at week 1 & 4. Record tests results on TrainHeroic. Complete all 8 sessions over 4 weeks. Record session results in TrainHeroic.
