My name is Daniel, I am a fitness coach with more than 14 years in the fitness industry, i started my journey in kickboxing as an athlete for like 6 years, then found myself in the functional fitness and CrossFit area for more than 8 years and eventually became a personal trainer.
With the experience I gained and the passion I put into my work I understood diverse training methodologies, exercises and coaching techniques to create my own style and programs of training.
My coaching approach integrates lessons from martial arts, functional fitness, and CrossFit, aiming not only for physical transformation but also holistic well-being, mindset and overall lifestyle adoption.
With an extensive background and dedication, I always try to empower others to achieve their fitness goals and embrace fitness and health as a lifelong sustainable pursuit.
My Personal programming is based on your personal needs. We will have a Onboarding call and will define your journey and goals together.
You will get Coach feedback via video submissions.
Coach conversations in regards to updates, questions, and anything you might need along the journey.
