In this “Beginner Program” you will build a strong foundation to continue and advance in your strength journey.

More than 2500 Kettlebell Swings are waiting for you! Five weeks of Kettlebell training with two sessions per week. Each training takes between 10 and 25 minutes plus your warm up. 

You will be doing your Kettlebell Swings in EMOM working sets. Every Minute On the Minute is when you start your next set of swings. Finish your repetitions without dropping the Kettlebell and rest until the next minute starts.

You can keep playing your sport next to this Kettlebell Program. Listen to your body and make sure you get enough rest and quality food.
