This program is designed to build overall trunk strength. It is a 6 week program with 3 sessions a week. The movements stem between intermediate and some advanced movements. I created this program to help athletes such as rock climbers to have core stabilization while climbing, mountaineers to help with longetivity while carrying heavy loads, crossfit athletes to improve performance and core to extremities strength, and anyone that has a sitting job and needs to strengthen up their core to improve posture and overall lower back health.
