This is a 12 week program designed for the echo bike. Being able to complete the program as written is proof of a strong aerobic base: many will need to modify at first. Once you are able to complete it as prescribed, it is an excellent bolt-on program to ensure that you stay in great shape as you train for other modalities. With 30 minutes or less each day, it is supremely efficient.
