The SquatBIG Program is intended to help you do just that....get your squat BIGGER! This 12-week program includes three weekly workouts including other accessory work so we can build your overall strength as well. These 12-weeks are broken up into four week blocks of training to allow you to focus on specific training styles that when put together will increase your squat strength immensely.

What if I don't know an exercise?
No problem...almost every exercise comes with a how-to video to show you exactly how each exercise should be executed. This program is intended to be very difficult, however simple & actionable at the same time. We will be repeating a lot of movements so we can work towards mastering their technique.

Is it worth it?
