This 8 week program focuses on a three day week obliteration of your back, arms, and grip.

Squatting is for nerds. Bench press is for bros. You're not a nerd are you? Not big enough to be a bro either. I don't smell bro on you. A big back is where it's at.

The best part of a big back is that you never get to see it as much as everybody else does. They see that thing that looks like a Brahma Bull walk by them (that's you!) and they go "Holy hell! Why is he as thick as he is tall?"

Who is this program for?
This program is for anyone who has been struggling to put on size on their arms or back. Also great for somebody who wants to improve their grip strength!
What if I miss a training day?
You'll still make progress in mass, but for best results do all 8 weeks as prescribed.
