FAQs
What if I miss a day?
Most of the weeks have four workouts in them - two upper and two lower. If you can only get in three days per week, I recommend dropping one of the upper body days.

Who is this program for?
This program is for the beginner looking to demystify the massive amounts of BS on the internet about what they should be doing. It provides a solid foundation of compound lifts like the squat, bench and deadlift as well as easy-to-execute accessories.
What about more intermediate lifters?
This program has been used time and time again to break through plateaus for intermediate and even advanced lifters!
