You don't need to guess with random hip mobility exercises anymore. Have a plan that opens the hips up in every direction and gets you used to FULL range of motion as you go!

Strength through ROM
Building better range of motion with passive stretching doesn't translate over to the dynamic movements of kicks. Learning to use more active range of motion exercises and be able to move better through those ranges allows you to not only move better but be stronger so that you can reduce risk of injury and be able to train and compete much longer at a higher level
